How to join
Applications to join the HBSC study and research network are welcomed from researchers in Member states in the WHO European Region that are not part of the HBSC study. For example Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino and Turkmenistan.
Applications must be made well in advance of a survey year to allow sufficient time for candidate teams to conduct a comprehensive pilot and for the network to review their application.
If successful, new countries join the study as associate members and attain full membership status once they have successfully completed one survey and their data have been accepted for inclusion in the international data file.
